URW’s Masterplan endorsed by Croydon Council
Hot off the press! Last night (27 Feb) Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) received vital endorsement (from Croydon Council) of its masterplan for the regeneration of “North End Quarter” (known to most of us as the Town Centre) encompassing Allders and the Centrale & Whitgift Shopping Centre. The draft plan was originally presented in November 2024 and the “final” version (that has just received the thumbs up) can be seen HERE. We all know a plan is just a plan but personally we’re relieved to at least have one in place now. A plan which will help guide the long-term regeneration of the area over the next 10 to 15 years.
